We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from zodiacgift.com. Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop at Zodiac Gift. Upon receipt of your order
and you found out that the item is not what you are looking for, or it doesn't fit you right, you may return the item back to us for a refund. If you believe an item is or has become
broken or defective, please do not attempt to repair the item. Contact us immediately for warranty information. Any attempt to repair the item will void its warranty.
Please note the Expedited Service Fee is not refundable. Items that are soiled, damaged, unsellable condition, missing safety warning stickers,
detached hang tag or missing parts will be charged a (20% of your purchase price) restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back to us via USPS. DO NOT SHIP RMA ITEMS VIA UPS OR FEDEX.
