Located at the top of each page on our web site are the main product categories. To start browsing our web site, simply begin by selecting a category from that list. Within each category, you will find thumbnails of products. Some categories are comprised of several pages, and you can cycle through all pages within a category using PREVIOUS PAGE and NEXT PAGE. You can also go directly to a specific page within a category by selecting the corresponding [PAGE #]. Once a product selection is made by clicking on a product thumbnail, you will arrive at the [Product Information] page where product specs and price will be displayed.

Search

If you are in search of a particular product, you may use our search box which is located at the top-right corner of each page. Simply type in the desired keyword, Item # or Model name in the search box and click on the button. You can also search for an item via price range search. This feature is located on the left-side panel. If you cannot find the product that you are looking for, please contact us. Be sure to check back with us regularly as we are continually expanding our selections.

Product Availability

All items that are marked [IN STOCK] are currently available for immediate delivery. If any item is marked [SOLD OUT], the add-to-cart button will be disabled. If you are placing an order on any of our [PRE-ORDER] item, we will notify you immediately via email as to the expected date of delivery.

In category pages, You can add any item to your shopping cart by click on the add to cart button.
In product information pages and price range search pages, you add an item to your Shopping Cart by click on the Add to Cart button.
To purchase multiple quantities of a particular item, simply change the number in the [QTY] box and click .
To delete an item, change quantity to 0 or select the corresponding check box and then click on .
If you see an item that would interest your friends, you can click on the Email Friend in the corresponding [product information] page. You will be able to email that specific product information to your friend. Please make sure you've enter the email address correctly.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING

zodiacgift.com ships your orders at no charge via USPS Standard delivery, allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.* All orders over 1lb. weight will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority at no additional charge.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA on all the products we have in store. All items are send to the US Postal Service within 48 hours for delivery unless specified otherwise. The USPS shipping time usually take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. However, it may take longer during the holiday peak seasons. You will be able to track your order on our web site by using Your Reiceipt ID or Order Number.

Please contact us if you don't know your Receipt ID or Order Number.

EXPEDITED SERVICE:

You can at anytime add [Expedited Service] prior to checkout and have zodiacgift.com expedite your entire order. This [Expedited Service] is OPTIONAL and it is available for an additional shipping & handling fee. All expedited orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY or USPS EXPRESS depending on your choice. This feature can be found right above the checkout button. Priority orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours and delivered to you in usually 2 to 5 business days. Please note that priority mail are not guaranteed by USPS to arrive on time. when shipping your order via Priority, there's always a chance of it taking longer than usual during the holiday peak seasons. If you need the order to get there fast and on time guranteed, please select the EXPRESS option. Express orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours and delivered to you within 1 to 2 business days GURANTEED by the USPS.

NOTE: EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Products are sent directly to the address stated in your [BILLING INFORMATION] unless you have specified a different shipping information during checkout process. You can also notified us in advanced or immediate after you've placed your order.

Order Tracking

You can track your zodiacgift.com order(s) online. To begine tracking your order, please click on the [Order Tracking] link located inside of the navigation bar at the very top and bottom of each page. You then enter your Receipt Number or Order Number. This number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you don't have one, please contact us and provide your name, your email address and date of purchase, so we can email you the tracking information. All zodiacgift.com orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days), unless specified otherwise. 90% of the items we carry are shipped within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before we ship out your package. Once your package is shipped and you still would like to cancel your order, please follow the [RETURN POLICY] below.

Return Policy

At anytime, within 30 days after the date of purchase, you may return any of the following item(s) to zodiacgift.com, for a full refund (Expedited Service Fee is not refundable.):

  • Any lighters or knives
  • Any smoking pipes or cigarette cases
  • Any novelty gifts

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from zodiacgift.com. Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop at Zodiac Gift. Upon receipt of your order and you found out that the item is not what you are looking for, or it doesn't fit you right, you may return the item back to us for a refund. If you believe an item is or has become broken or defective, please do not attempt to repair the item. Contact us immediately for warranty information. Any attempt to repair the item will void its warranty. Please note the Expedited Service Fee is not refundable. Items that are soiled, damaged, unsellable condition, missing safety warning stickers, detached hang tag or missing parts will be charged a (20% of your purchase price) restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back to us via USPS. DO NOT SHIP RMA ITEMS VIA UPS OR FEDEX. Please consider insuring or provide tracking with your return. We are not responsible for lost merchandise.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASING. All returns must be in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or our RMA number. Please contact info@zodiacgift.com for your RMA number.

SPECIAL CARE REQUIRED: Lighters must be fully released from butane gas before shipping it back to us. Please send an email to info@zodiacgift.com to request for your RMA number before you return the item to us.

Packing Slip

An electronic packing slip / order confirmation is emailed to you upon your purchase. If you do not have your packing slip and wish to receive a copy, please contact us with your name, your email address and your receipt ID or order number.
